3B Recruitment were formed in 2013 initially to meet demand for temporary staff in the industrial and warehouse sectors. We have since expanded to cover commercial, construction, and driving professions. Our client requirements consist of both temporary and permanent staff in the Essex, Suffolk and London areas.

With over 18 years of experience within recruitment, we have an in depth understanding of our clients and candidates needs, and our knowledge of local industry has established 3B recruitment as a trusted and reliable provider of temporary staff.

We thoroughly interview and reference check all candidates, and carry out DBS checks where necessary. To ensure the welfare of each candidate, we are able to provide personal protective equipment where required.
